Flowlearn is an internal SaaS platform designed to manage a training organism. I have been assigned the responsibility of creating the branding and delivering a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
about Flowlearn
Flowlearn is a multifaceted tool crafted to streamline the management of training programs, with a focus on enhancing the student training session experience.
It serves as a collaborative platform for teachers, students, and partnering companies.Additionally, it provides a space for partner companies to scout potential recruits from both current and previous training sessions.
Branding
My initial task was to develop the branding for FlowLearn, which laid the foundation for my subsequent work on the user interface design.
high fidelity prototyping
Allow students to swiftly self-assess their acquired skills, as well as signal areas where they need improvement.
Allow teachers to review and validate student evaluations, issuing micro-certificates based on the assessments.
Facilitate partner companies in identifying potential recruits and allowing to connect with them.
Students' self-evaluation
After each activity, students have the opportunity to self-assess whether they have acquired the new skill.
Subsequently, teachers will confirm if the skill has indeed been mastered by the student.
Seamless Diploma Generation Post-Certification
Students can access certifications and automatically generated diplomas from their account page upon completing training and earning all necessary certificates.

If both agree on a skill deficiency, the teacher schedules a session for further learning reinforcement.
Bridging Companies and Students
Companies looking for new talent are provided access to a curated list of students.
They have the option to download resumes and initiate contact with potential recruits they find suitable.
